Terms of Service

By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms of Service. Please review the terms carefully before you start to use our site.

1. Service Description
We have engineered a versatile payment solution (the "Service") enabling merchants to effortlessly integrate various local and international payment methods across global markets. Using our Service indicates your acceptance of these conditions.
Where regional regulations apply, these Terms may be supplemented by territory-specific provisions (such as those for Bahrain). Should any conflict arise between these general Terms and region-specific provisions, the latter will take precedence. Your continued use of our platform confirms your agreement to these terms.
2. Platform Technology
We offer our API suite and complementary software tools to enable your effective use of the Service. We maintain the right to mandate installation of any software updates essential for Service continuity. Our platform supports recurring payment management and subscription billing features. It remains your duty to obtain appropriate customer consent for recurring billing in compliance with relevant legal frameworks and payment network guidelines.
3. Financial Processing Authorization
Your acceptance of this agreement authorizes us to handle, receive, and distribute funds on your behalf following settlement from payment partners. You permit us to hold settlement funds in a custodial account pending transfer according to our agreement terms. You understand you have no claim to interest or compensation related to funds awaiting settlement, no control over the custodial account operations, and cannot assign any interest within that account.
The dashboard displays projected settlements we have received or anticipate receiving for you. This information serves reporting purposes only and does not represent a financial obligation. You acquire no ownership rights to settlement funds until they reach your designated account. These authorizations continue until your account is formally closed.
4. Supported Payment Options
Our comprehensive global payment framework incorporates numerous payment channels, including but not limited to electronic wallets, direct banking transfers, wire payments, cash-based payment solutions, and prepaid card processing.
5. Taxation Responsibilities
You bear exclusive responsibility for identifying applicable taxes related to your commercial activities and payments received through our Service. The assessment, collection, reporting, and remittance of appropriate taxes to relevant authorities remains entirely your obligation. We may submit transaction reports to tax authorities as required by governing regulations.
6. Your Security Obligations
You maintain complete responsibility for data protection within your website and systems. You commit to following all applicable governmental regulations concerning collection, security, and distribution of personal, financial, and transaction information. You must protect your dashboard access credentials, and while we implement reasonable security protocols, you remain responsible for access control.
7. Our Protection Measures
We are committed to safeguarding data under our management through implementation of industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards for stored personal information. However, we cannot provide absolute guarantees against unauthorized access attempts. You recognize the inherent risks in digital information sharing. We suggest reviewing our Privacy Policy for details on our information handling practices.
8. Security Assessment Provisions
If reasonable concerns about security breaches or data compromise arise, we may require engagement of an approved third-party security specialist to evaluate your systems and provide assessment reports to us and our financial partners. Responsibility for assessment costs will be determined based on the investigation findings.
9. Data Privacy Commitment
Protecting your privacy and data represents a core priority. By utilizing our Service, you acknowledge receipt and acceptance of our Privacy Policy outlining our collection, usage, retention, and disclosure practices for personal information. You understand that we or our payment partners may need to disclose certain business details to authorities under valid legal directives. Information you supply may be shared with payment partners exclusively to facilitate payment processing options. We will never market or sell your customer data to third parties.
In collecting and processing personal information, we adhere strictly to relevant data protection standards. For European Economic Area users, we observe General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements; for California residents, California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provisions apply. Depending on applicable law, you and your customers may have rights regarding access, correction, deletion, and processing objections for personal data.
10. Third-Party Data Responsibilities
You represent your compliance with relevant privacy legislation and confirm securing necessary permissions to share information with us or allow our collection, usage, and processing of user data you provide. You maintain sole responsibility for informing your customers about our role in payment processing.
11. Service Usage Limitations
